All recommendations and delivered documents are advisory in nature and do not replace official opinions issued by local or national public authorities.

The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate information regarding the land, buildings, or projects for which they request consultancy. Any omission or incorrect data may affect the accuracy of the analyses and may incur the sole liability of the user.

The user is not entitled to redistribute, resell, or use the documents and studies received from Hub Urban outside the agreed purpose, without prior written consent.

Hub Urban undertakes to perform the services with the professional diligence specific to the field, respecting agreed deadlines and applicable technical standards.

Hub Urban does not guarantee obtaining building permits or urban planning approvals, as these are issued exclusively by the competent authorities based on the documentation submitted by the user.

Hub Urban is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of recommendations, non-compliance with applicable legislation by the user, or discrepancies between our analyses and the final decisions of the authorities.

In any case, the total liability of Hub Urban for a project cannot exceed the value of the fee actually paid for that service.

Data and documents shared by the user during the collaboration are treated confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website. The user may request the deletion of their data at any time, except for data necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

The contractual relationship begins upon acceptance of the service offer and ends upon full delivery of the agreed documents or upon early termination, according to the clauses in the individual contract.

Either party may terminate the contract with 14 days' notice, without needing to state a reason. In case of non-payment or serious breach of obligations, termination may be immediate.

Hub Urban reserves the right to periodically update these terms of use. Active users will be notified 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or a notification on the website.

Continued use of the services after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If the user does not agree, they may request termination of the collaboration within the notice period.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any misunderstanding will be resolved amicably, and in case of failure, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest.
